My dad passed away in 08-09 and it hit me harder than i really ever imagined.  He was the rock of my life.  It seemed like he took me and everything in my life for the last few months.  My electric bill went up for 3 months then and it got shut off so i had to get that turned back on and then i got behind on my mortage for 3 months.  When i went to start paying again they refused the payments and said the house is in forclosure.  I don't know what to do because i love my home and don't want to loose it.  I am trying to get out of the debt i am in and don't know where to go for help on the house.  If i did not have to pay bills, and taxes i would be ok.  I have 4 grandkids and they are the reason i now get up and go.  I don't know where i would go if i lost my home.  Where can a person like me go to get some help to stay in my home.   I know at the end of this year i will be in better financial shape than now.  How do i get help to hold on for that long.  I trusted a friend who got me into my home and i did not know it was one of the 80/20 adjustable loans.   I sure would like to find someone to give me one loan with a fixed low interest rate.  Please help me go in the right direction.
